WHAT AN AMAZING DAY FOR BEACON ROCK!

Our hearts are so full tonight! We are incredibly grateful for everyone who came out and supported Beacon Rock’s 1st Annual FUN Run/Walk! We had OVER 100 participants come together to walk, run, laugh, sweat , and most importantly, support a mission that God has placed so deeply on our hearts. It was HOT—but what a beautiful day it was! Seeing so many people from our hometown and surrounding communities show up for adults with disabilities meant more to us than we can put into words.

Beacon Rock is more than buildings and land. It is a vision for a place where adults with disabilities are seen, valued, loved, and given opportunities to live a life filled with purpose—a place where they can live, work, socialize, worship, build friendships, and truly belong. We believe God is opening doors, bringing people together, and placing the right people in our path at exactly the right time. With every event, every conversation, every donation, every prayer, and every person who chooses to stand beside us, this vision becomes a little more real.

Beacon Rock is working to change the way the world thinks about adults with disabilities. Not by focusing on what someone can’t do, but by recognizing their gifts, their abilities, their purpose, and the incredible value God has placed within each of them.

To everyone who participated, volunteered, supported us, prayed for us, and helped make today possible—THANK YOU! You are part of this mission and part of the story God is writing for Beacon Rock. We truly believe this is only the beginning. We cannot wait to see what God does next!
